Return Policy

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY: 

Temperature sensitive products (i.e. probiotics and all refrigerated products) are NOT returnable. Gift cards or gift certificates are also not eligible for return. All returnable supplements must be sealed, returned within 90 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. 

If you have an intolerance or an allergy to ingredients that are on or surpass the list of the eight major recognized allergens by the FDA, verify ingredients of supplements before you purchase or open them.  Once the item is opened, it may not be returned.  The eight major allergens include the following: Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Fish, Shellfish, Soy, and Wheat. 

Shipping Charges are nonrefundable.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return qualifies, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 

If you have not received a refund as of the date projected by us, please check your account a second time. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via our Contact Us page or call (616) 956-9659.  We recommend getting a confirmation email from us that the item qualifies for exchange before sending the product to avoid unnecessary costs to you.

The shipping time for your exchanged product will vary depending upon where you live.

We recommend using a tracking capable shipping service (i.e. UPS, USPS, or FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
