Some ideas for how to use Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil:
- Topically/Massage: Mix one or more drops into a carrier oil or cream. Highly concentrated, pure essential oils must be mixed with a carrier, such as Organic Argon Oil, Jojoba Oil or Rose Hip Seed Oil, before topical use.
For a pungent respiratory rub, combine 2 drops of Eucalyptus Oil, 1 drop of Lemon oil, 1 drop of Rosemary Oil, and 1 tablespoon of Argan Oil – mix together and massage into chest, neck, forehead, cheekbones, and nose area.
- Aromatherapy: Add a few drops to water in a diffuser, and enjoy the scent and mood benefits, along with mental focus. Also great for helping to open up congested nasal passages and sinuses.
- Food grade: Food grade oils are prepared in clean, food grade facilities and are of the highest quality. A kitchen essential.
